• We accept Medicaid Managed Care plans.
• Fees for treatment not covered by insurance are due in full with payment expected at time of service.
• If a procedure requires multiple steps, then 50% payment is due on the first day of treatment and the remaining balance is due at the end of treatment.

Insurance

You may apply for financing from Care Credit by completing an in-office application. Approvals are received usually within minutes. Line of credit may be used for all current and future visits. 0% interest rates are available, for those who qualify.
